Frequently Asked Questions

How do I view my subscription order?

To view your active subscriptions, simply:

1. Click 'Account' button in the top right corner. Or at the bottom of the menu on mobile.

2. Login in using the email address you used for your subscription order. If you haven't got an account, simply create an account using the same email you used for your order.

3. You will see the "Manage Membership" button on your account page. This will take you to the member portal.

You'll also receive a subscription email once you sign up with a magic link to login.

Can I change how often I recieve my subscription?

Yes, our subscriptions are completely flexible and the frequency can be changed to your preferred amount.

1. Click on 'Manage Subscription'. (See 'How to view my subscription orders' to see how to get to this section)

2. Click on 'Order Frequency' to change how often you'd like to receive your order.

3. Click on the dropdown to select exactly how often you would like your order to be delivered.

You'll receive a reminder email before every subscription order. So you can login via the email & make changes too.

How do I apply my subscription discount?

When you purchase a subscription your discount is automatically applied, so you don't need to do anything to start saving!

How do I move my subscription order delivery date?

To move an upcoming subscription delivery date, simply:

1. Log into Account/user profile page in our website (See 'How to view my subscription orders' to see how to get to this section)

2. Click on the Manage Subscription button.

3. Navigate to Scheduled orders.

4. Click on 'Skip Order' for the upcoming order you wish to skip

How do I cancel my subscription?

We would love for you to stay, but if you do decide to cancel your subscription, simply:

1. Log into Account/user profile page on our website (See 'How to view my subscription orders' to see how to get to this section)

2. Click on the Manage Subscription button.

3. Click 'Cancel my Subscription'
